This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) applies to Waltz legal entities that utilize the brand names Waltz, such as Waltz, Inc., Waltz Mortgages, LLC, Waltz Tech LTD, and Waltz Capital Fund 1, LLC (“Waltz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy explains how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies when a user interacts with us online through our websites and digital services (collectively, “Sites”).

This Policy should be read in conjunction with other relevant privacy and data protection notices provided by Waltz for your jurisdiction. Please refer to these notices for additional information about our privacy practices applicable to your product or service, including but not limited to our customers, financial professionals, associates, and contractors:
A cookie is a small file containing certain pieces of data that is created and stored when you visit a website using a computer or mobile device. When you visit a website, a cookie may be used to track the activities of your browser and provide you with a more consistent, efficient online experience.
We may collect certain information about you through our use of cookies, software development kits (SDKs) and other tracking technologies when you use our Sites and Mobile Apps. For example, we identify and store the region where you are located based on your partially masked IP address (which is anonymized immediately thereafter) to direct you to the appropriate jurisdiction-specific webpage.
Cookies can be set by the operator of a website that you visit or by third parties that may or may not have a relationship with that operator.
First party cookies are set by the operator of a website to gather information for use by that operator. For example, we set first party cookies that help us evaluate whether our Sites are performing as intended.
In addition to cookies that send information to us, our Sites also use cookies that collect information and send it to third parties. These are third party cookies and are set by an external organization.
Where our Site allows third party cookies to be set or you access other websites from our Site using the links provided, please note that these websites will use cookies in accordance with their own cookies policy which may differ from ours.
Cookies have a duration period.
We will retain personal information collected through cookies for as long as needed or permitted considering the purposes for which it was obtained. The criteria used to determine our retention periods includes the purpose for which the personal data was collected, whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject and whether retention is advisable considering our legal position (such as regarding applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).
You have the right to disable or refuse cookies on our Sites other than “Strictly Necessary Cookies.” However, if you do so, the functionality and performance of our Sites may be reduced.
Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. However, you typically may disable cookies by changing your internet software browsing settings. To manage your use of cookies there are resources available to you. For example, the “Help” section on your browser may assist you. You can also disable or delete the stored data used by technology similar to cookies, such as Local Shared Objects or Flash cookies, by managing your browser’s “add-on settings” or visiting the website of its manufacturer.

Waltz participates in the Digital Advertising Alliance self-regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising. Marketing and Advertisings served on our behalf by third party companies do not contain unencrypted personal information and we limit the use of personal information by companies that serve our Marketing and Advertisings. To learn more about ad choices, or to opt out of interest-based advertising with non-affiliated third-party sites, visit Your Ad Choices powered by the Digital Advertising Alliance by using the links shown below or through the Network Advertising Initiative’s Opt-Out Tool:
You may also visit the individual sites for additional information on their data and privacy practices and opt-out options.
When we contract with a third-party provider to manage the content of the information within our Sites, third-party providers are required by contract to only use your information for the purposes specified by us and to use reasonable measures to keep your information secure and confidential. If you leave one of our Sites, you will be presented with a notice that you are continuing to a site that we do not own. The third-party provider is solely responsible for cookies, cookie tracking and your choices for managing cookies on their website.
On your mobile device, you can change your device settings to control whether you see online interest-based advertising.
Please note that when you get a new computer, install a new browser, erase, or otherwise alter your browser’s Cookie file (including upgrading certain browsers), you may also clear the opt-out Cookies installed once you opt-out, so an additional opt-out will be necessary to prevent additional tracking.
Some web browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals to websites with which the browser communicates, telling the website not to follow its online movements. Because of differences in how web browsers interpret this feature and send those signals, and lack of standardization, it is not always clear whether individuals intend for these signals to be transmitted or whether they are even aware of them. Therefore, as do many other reputable websites and online platforms, we currently do not respond to such “Do Not Track” signals.
To learn more about “Do Not Track” signals, you can visit www.allaboutdnt.com/.
Some of our cookies may collect and store your personal data, such as your name, email address or IP address. We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and will ensure that personal data we collect is kept and treated in accordance with our privacy policy. For further details of how we process personal data, please refer to the Waltz Privacy Policy.
Personal data of users who visit our Sites and/or use our services may be transferred or processed in any jurisdiction where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, including the United States. Any such transfer shall be undertaken in accordance with applicable data protection law and our privacy notices.
When we make updates to this Cookie Policy, we will update the Policy with those updated changes and revise the "Last Updated" date posted at the top of this Cookie Policy. Any updates to the Cookie Policy become effective when we post the updates on the Site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, your use of the Site following the update to the Cookie Policy means that you accept the updated Cookie Policy.
